COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading provider of innovative medical device solutions in the Asia Pacific region. It has a strong presence in multiple countries and is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through cutting-edge technology. With a focus on hematology, urinalysis, and other diagnostic areas, this company plays a vital role in the medical industry. As growing investment is made towards technology integration, our client is looking for a system administrator based in Singapore

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide effective business and end user operations to AP region.
  • Deliver assigned ICT projects and solutions within approved budget, timeline, and scope.
  • Conduct technical evaluation and recommendation of new SOE laptop, desktop, and accessories.
  • Manage day-to-day helpdesk incident and service management in the Regional Helpdesk System.
  • Support HOD/IT manager in TrendMicro Cloud system escalation and integration.
  • Manage Druva Insyc Cloud licensing administration and change requests for the region.
  • Support desktop team in Druva backup related issues and escalate to Druva support when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in information technology (or equivalent proven knowledge with work experience) with min 3 years IT Experience in end-user MNC environment focusing on end user computing, systems, cloud infrastructure support. Technically strong in enterprise IT systems.
  • Sound experience working in a regional IT Team in a MNC RHQ shared services environment with remote end-user support.
  • Proficient in end user desktop computing, Microsoft operating systems. Prior experience in Microsoft office 365, Azure IaaS and Unified Endpoint Management will be added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge in ITIL V3/V4 processes.
  • Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively primarily fluent in English (a second Asian language can be a bonus)
  • Traveling to countries in Asia Pacific region is expected on a need and project basis
  • May need to work on weekends or public holidays if required
