Maintain the System & Users with Adequate & Appropriate roles & permissions
Provide 1st Level of support for users, find and apply appropriate solutions, escalate & monitor any issues with the solutions provider, if needed.
Provide assistance to the users to develop and produce reports and dashboards and collaborate with users to design and build KPI’s.
Be a go-to resource for all internal NetSuite related tasks.
Understand, Test, Advice and configure new Upgrades
Understand & document new requirement / Customization from Users
For Customization, Configure System and liaise with Tech resources on development, testing and deployment.
Assist in setting up work terminal and resolve IT issues
Manage Projects andimprovement related to ERP and Network in the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
Has a Degree or Diploma or equivalent
Has 2+ years of experience working as a Consultant on any ERP Application Implantation and Support. Experience on NetSuite is beneficial
Has Comprehensive knowledge on Business Operations and Building Queries. Experience on Development & Scripting is an added advantage.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with End Users on understanding their application / system related issues and providing solutions & training.
Possess Analytical Skill and general understanding on business operations.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where they are able to work independently with little direction and multitask, handling several tasks at once.
