We are hiring a self-motivated, detailed and organized Systems Administrator to join our team. This person is responsible for providing IT, network and server support for our internal staff. Full Support systems faults by addressing failures & requests Provide first level support for internal staff Provide first level network and server support Troubleshoot and support desktops software applications Planning and undertaking scheduled server and equipment maintenance Documentation of services, reports, errors & solutions Administration of all IT/ systems/ computers equipment Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned. Requirements Diploma/ Degree in IT / computer applications or relevant courses Candidate with no experience are welcome Knowledge in server operations Good coordinating and communications skills Good understanding of computer systems. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Ability to work independently without supervision and are self-motivated Meticulous attention to details and is well-organized
