Job Description
Responsibilities
As a core team member, work closely with the helpdesk and team to understand customer issues - Troubleshooting skills in resolving issues or escalate to established duty personnel - Monitor health of data centers and remote sites
- Basic debug on TCP connectivity - Liaise with 3rd party vendors / project team / helpdesk on issues.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/IT or equivalent
- Well verse in Window clients and Windows servers operating system
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation
- Basic Windows based Server hardware knowledge
- Knowledge of basic hardware infrastructure for IT system.
- Experience in windows-based server administration 2008 and beyond
- 12 hrs shift working
