Job Description
Maintain, upgrade, and manage on wide range of Servers and storages and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through providing system administrative and security technical support to the customer. Performing system administration and systems engineering Support for 24x7 service organization.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Maintain, upgrade, manage and provide profession services onsite on various platform of operating system mainly on Linux & Windows platform.
- To be proficient with Industry standard operational Tools like SPLUNK, NETGAIN, SCCM, BIGFIX, SOLARWINDS.
- Strong Hand-on experience and knowledge on virtualization product such as VMware
- Responsible for problem identification, troubleshooting and driving technical resolution.
- Excellent case escalation management
- Able to work in 24x7 support environment and shift works.
- Candidate with good experience on government security review and process is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of Experience on Unix and Windows support
- At least 5 years of front-line customer service / System administrative Support preferred
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Contract length: 12 monthsSalary: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- Day shift
