Providing end-user support on resolving technical issues and providing technical assistance for operating systems and applications
Providing new employees with required hardware and appropriate access
Knowledge in troubleshooting networking issues like connecting to internet, network, VPN etc.
Provide remote support to users those who are working from home outside of business hours and weekends.
Maintain a work log of job tickets and maintenance tasks on JIRA Service Desk
Daily backup monitoring and quarterly restoring the data to ensure the data integrity
Maintain a Hardware and software inventory
Maintenance of IT equipment\'s such as UPS, switches, Access points, Printers, Servers, CCTV, NAS etc
Understanding of Microsoft Office suite, Google workspace and troubleshooting outlook related issues
Act as an interface between the third-party vendors to coordinate, log, track and follow up till the end.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification
At least 1 year of Tier-1 support experience
Good understanding on MS Windows 7, MS Windows 10, MS Server 2016, MS Server 2019 & Linux systems would be a plus, MS Office (Including Outlook)
