Work with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, and IT to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Design and implement enhancements to compliance and surveillance systems.
Provide support, maintenance, and performance optimization for compliance platforms.
Collaborate with vendors, developers, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.
Lead data mapping, interface design, and configuration of workflows and rules.
Support system upgrades, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years' experience as a System Analyst in banking or financial services.
Hands-on experience with Actimize, or similar platforms (FIRCOSOFT, Mantas, Norkom).
Strong knowledge of AML, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
