We are seeking a skilled and proactive

System Analyst & Administrator

to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in system analysis with hands-on administration of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will excel at evaluating business requirements, designing efficient system solutions, and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

1, System Analysis

Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications. Evaluate existing systems, identify inefficiencies, and propose process or technical improvements. Conduct feasibility studies and perform impact analysis for proposed system changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to align system solutions with organizational goals.

2, System Administration

Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and business applications. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies. Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents in a timely manner. Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and patch management. Ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

1, Technical Skills

Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies. Experience managing databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands-on experience with system monitoring and automation tools (e.g., Nagios, Ansible, PowerShell).

2, Analytical & Problem-Solving

Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues. Excellent documentation and system design skills. Critical thinking for root cause analysis and continuous optimization.

3, Soft Skills

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. Effective time management and prioritization under pressure.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system analysis and administration. Proven track record of supporting enterprise-level IT environments. Strong understanding of IT security practices and compliance requirements. Chinese speaking as you will be communicating with chinese counterparts.
