• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm/ Alt Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + 18 days AL + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for constantly checking the operational status of FM systems (IBMS, Nurse-call, Power Monitoring System, Passenger lift and Pneumatic Tube System etc..) in the hospital especially after IT patches or IBMS upgrading, so that hospital's operation is not affected.
• To activate and follow through with the IT department or IBMS specialist to rectify any abnormalities detected during checking to minimise downtime of the affected FM system.
• To generate timely reports of issues detected, with details of rectification and downtime, for submission to the client.
• To carry out detailed study of incident, focusing on proposal to eliminate/minimise the rate of FM system incident.
• To be involved in the rollout of new applications and FM systems (eg new CMMS system)
• To create documents of processes, procedures, troubleshooting guides and training materials for first response site staff, for new applications and FM systems.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by FM

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Building Technology) with 2-3 years experience in IT and BMS industry or related fields.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, OPC and other related protocols.
• Knowledge of HVAC Control Applications, Building Management Systems and Electrical Power Management Systems.
• Knowledge of client and server networking.
