System Engineer

Engineering design, configuration, calculations, drawings, and documentation for the systems
Prepare specific work packages along with evaluation and selection of sub-contractors
Execute on-site supervision of the installation and integration of the system
Ensure accuracy and quality of installed works, check out system readiness, perform functional and sub-system testing
Be part of system safety group and ensure that safety measures are taken at all times
Take charge of overall network system testing over satellite link
Perform on-site acceptance tests with customers/end-users
Prepare system technical training materials and conduct training to customers/end-users, then ensure smooth hand over of the system to operations and maintenance
Conduct FAT for equipment and sub-system, design operation and deployment procedures
Conduct On-Site-Acceptance Test (OSAT) with customer (E.g., Antenna commissioning, baseband system\xe2\x80\xa6.)
Provide timely engineering support to pre-sales
Provide timely post sale support.

Job Requirements

Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering
Min 2 years\' experience in design, integrate, install & commission of VSAT and ESA system preferred
Knowledge in Microsoft office, Visio.
Knowledge in Microwave/RF.
Knowledge of satellite modems/routers (SCPC, TDMA)
Willing to travel on short notice
Singaporean only
