Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, patching of software and hardware
2. Manage network devices and technology tools
3. Ability to understand overall system network architecture
4. Managing vendors for various types of applications
5. Monitor performance, manage and support on-premise or Cloud applications
6. The ability and knowledge to integrate various system applications
7. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
8. Generate and maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
9. Provide IT & Cyber Security training to colleagues
10. Provide 2nd Tie IT & network support to other offices colleagues and vessels
11. Attend the vessels at Singapore anchorage for shipboard problem solving if required
Requirements:
1. Higher Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
2. 1 year or above relevant experiences in software/application support
3. Professional certificate(s) holder such as ITIL / MCITP / MCSA / CCNA will be an advantage
4. Experience with Windows Server, SQL database, VMware virtualization and basic application design knowledges
5. Experience with Microsoft administration e.g. Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365, Azure Clouds will be an advantage
6. Able to work independently and collaborate with global team in a proactive manner with good communication skills with colleagues and vendors
7. Good spoken and written English for handling English speaking people
8. Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
9. Willingness to work with colleagues from different nationalities and cultures
10. Occasional travel is required
