Design, implement, configure, and commission new ICT systems and infrastructure solutions.
Manage and maintain existing systems to ensure operational stability, security, and performance.
Build and support full ICT infrastructure stacks, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
Collaborate with application teams for integration and deployment activities.
Perform system upgrades, OS patching, hardening, and security configuration.
Administer backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure adherence to IT best practices and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in system engineering or ICT infrastructure
Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure design, implementation, and support
Proficient in at least 5 or more of the following areas:
Azure Stack Hub Virtualization Environment - VM configuration & deployment, NSG, Load Balancer, Virtual Images, Storage, etc.
Windows Server 2019 / 2016 - Server configuration, Domain Administration, Microsoft Failover Clustering, RDS Architecture, GPO, OS Hardening, Patching & Upgrading
Microsoft SQL Server 2019 / 2016 / 2017 - Configuration, upgrading, hardening, and administration
Linux-based Virtual Appliance - Deployment and maintenance
Ubuntu OS - Deployment and maintenance
Commvault - Configuration and management of backup jobs
Network & Network Security - Concepts, design, and implementation
System Security Concepts - SSL Certificates, OS hardening, and preventive maintenance tasks
Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
