Position: Level 1 System EngineerBudget: 2200-2500+shift allowanceMandatory Skills Model-Based System EngineeringPreferred Skills System Engineer Infra monitoring - Refer JD(Excluding waiting time Education Verification & Work Pass Approval)Details of working hours 12 hours (2 days works and 2 days off, monthly 15 to 16 days work)Basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks. Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment. Allocates own time efficiently. Receives general instructions on all work.Responsibilities:xefx83x98 Proactively monitor all incidents in ITSM portal.xefx83x98 Timely escalation of incidents to Level II support to meet SLA.xefx83x98 Monitor system performance/alerts and escalate to Level II support.xefx83x98 Review of automated reports and escalation of issues to POCs.xefx83x98 Perform job monitoring and escalations.xefx83x98 Respond to phone calls and user emails/requests/queries.xefx83x98 Perform system alerts suppression.xefx83x98 Able to perform adhoc task based on operational/project requirement.xefx83x98 Able to work on 12hr shift pattern.Basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks.
