Customer Support and Service Focus: Provide exceptional customer support, commissioning, and service for Maritime products.
Regional Service Coverage: Manage service activities in Southeast Asia, maintaining strong client relationships.
Technical Preparation and Execution: Conduct workshop tests, prepare and execute work assignments to meet performance standards.
Documentation and Reporting: Generate service reports, update drawings, and maintain relevant databases and documents.
Remote Support and Assistance: Provide remote guidance and product support to customers and offer backend support to the service team.
Administrative and Ad-Hoc Duties: Handle pre- and post-work administrative tasks and undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Requirement
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronic Engineering. On job training will be provided (Entry Level)
Onboard Experience: Experience with ship automation systems (controls and propulsion), system processes, distributed control systems, and power management.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel overseas on short notice.
