Job Responsibilities:
- Implement endpoint remediation on end-user PCs.
- Deployment and configuration of software (e.g. Microsoft O365) on end-user PCs.
- Perform PC refresh and Win 10 upgrading work on end-user PCs.
- Deployment and configuration of Software/platform (OKTA, VMware workspace One) to all client sites.
- Understanding of new technology offerings and businesses supported.
- Must do schedule and planning of deployment software to end-user PCs.
- Give briefing to end-users on how to use new software after deployment.
- Document a procedure and technical information.
- Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to all client sites.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): O365 Migration, OKTA, VMware Workspace ONE, Networking, Windows10
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
- Must travel overseas - Europe & Asia
