Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, patching of software and hardware
2. Manage network devices and technology tools
3. Ability to understand overall system network architecture
4. Monitor performance and maintain on-premise systems or Cloud services according to requirements
5. Troubleshoot issues and outages
6. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
7. Generate and maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
8. Provide IT & Cyber Security training to colleagues
9. Provide 2nd Tie IT & network support to PRC colleagues and vessels
Requirements: 1. Higher Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline 2. 2-3 years or above relevant experiences in technical support 3. Professional certificate(s) holder such as ITIL / MCITP / MCSA / CCNA will be an advantage 4. Experience with Cisco Networking, Fortinet Firewall, Windows Server, VMware virtualization, VPN 5. Experience with Microsoft administration e.g. Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365, Azure Clouds will be an advantage 6. Experience with Druva and Veeam Clouds backup will be an advantage 7. Able to work independently and collaborate with global team in a proactive manner 8. Good communication in both written and spoken English. This position also required to communicate with China colleagues 9. Good communication skills with colleagues and vendors 10. Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking 11. Willingness to work with colleagues from different nationalities and cultures 12. Prepared to stand by during public holidays/non-business hours if required 13. Occasional travel is required 14. Immediate available is preferred Location : Raffles Place Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
