Date Posted: 2023-03-31 Country: Singapore Location: 28 Teban Gardens Crescent, Singapore Overview We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to be part of our Business Development initiative. The candidate will support the Plan & Spec, Manager of Carrier Singapore on strategic initiatives focused on driving growth across the organization. In the role, the candidate will manage and grow relationships with Owners, Developers, Consultants and Engineers to secure specification on major commercial projects across Singapore. The candidate will also be responsible for specifying commercial projects in the commercial, industrial, data center, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality and mixed-development segments. Leverage new and existing relationships with Owners, Developers and Consultants that can be leveraged in order to secure new business. Key responsibilities

• Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute the growth strategy for Singapore.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with consultants and key accounts and identify business opportunities through customer visitation.
• Manage individual sales pipeline and provide regular, accurate sales forecasts.
• Support the building of solutions for commercial HVAC, move from product selling to overall solutions selling encompassing systems, services and controls.
• Provide equipment selection, system design, heat load estimation and technical support to consultants and key accounts.
• Plan & Spec to identify customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s chances of securing orders via technical understanding.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns and services, using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company\xe2\x80\x99s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Learn and understand the latest code & standard for air-conditioning, provide updates to owners & consultants
• Provide input to the marketing of new product development plans.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records on CRM system.
• Provide excellent service to clients at all levels.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking events and attend company meetings.
