Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the VMware SDDC environment
• Handle, investigate, and address issues related to VMware SDDC products, including initial troubleshooting of problems involving third-party products that interface with VMware
• Assist in delivering regular health check reports to end customers
• Develop and maintain knowledge base content, including problem resolutions, best practices, and informational articles
• Generate custom dashboard and ESXi server hardening integration reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering
• Require experiences implementation and administration with VMware infrastructure
• System architecture including DR design experience is an advantage
• Able to work effectively in a team setting
• Decisive with the ability to multi-task
• Relevant technical certifications, such as Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft are preferred
• Overseas travelling may be needed and regional experience with neighbouring countries is a plus.
