Experience/Knowledge
At least 3 years of project delivery experience
At least 2 years of support experience
Design, implement and support infrastructure projects
Technical knowledge of on-premises (data centres, virtualization, hyper-converge) \xe2\x80\x93 VMWare, VxRail, vCloud Foundation
Technical knowledge Linux and Windows Server Operating Systems
Knowledge of IT lifecycle management
Knowledge of ITSM \xe2\x80\x93 Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Patch Management
Possess strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills
