Responsibilities

Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot WinTel servers and related infrastructure. Provide 24x7 on-call support for critical production systems, ensuring high availability and system health. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on problem resolution, system upgrades, and implementations. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Provide technical support for servers, storage, backup, and enterprise security solutions. Manage storage provisioning, LUN allocation, and expansion. Apply timely OS updates and security patches to maintain system compliance. Perform user and group administration in Active Directory environments. Support backup and disaster recovery operations using enterprise backup systems
Project-Specific Expertise


Windows Server & Directory Services


Manage large-scale Active Directory environments. Configure and maintain Domain Controllers, Group Policies, and identity management systems. Implement failover clustering, load balancing, and performance optimization.
Enterprise OS Management (Wintel)


System configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. User/group management, file system management, and storage allocation.
Patch, Update & Security Management


Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and planning/execution of updates. OS hardening and compliance auditing based on industry best practices
Monitoring, Automation & Scripting


Deploy monitoring agents, perform performance monitoring, and troubleshoot issues. Automate tasks and processes using PowerShell scripting.
Virtualization & Cloud


Experience with Hyper-V or VMware clustering. Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred. Familiarity with load balancers, firewalls, and OS clustering.
Backup, Disaster Recovery & Storage


Manage enterprise backup solutions and OS-level backups. Plan and test disaster recovery processes. Provision and manage enterprise storage solutions.
Endpoint Deployment & Management


Configure endpoints in Active Directory and apply security policies. Manage software and patch deployment across enterprise endpoints.

Requirements

Must be eligible for security clearance in Singapore. Minimum 5 years' experience in Windows Server administration, implementation, and troubleshooting. Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (preferred). VMware vSphere 8.x Professional Certification (preferred). Hands-on experience with Hyper-V or VMware virtualization. Experience in OS installation, configuration, performance tuning, security hardening, and system auditing. Knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Change, and Configuration management. Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation. Basic exposure to public cloud (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
