Job Description
- Implement computer systems, network infrastructure, and application updates
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot servers, desktops, laptops and mobile devices
- Manage the deployment of application updates and bug fixes to the production system
- Implement security measures for systems and networks
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain documentation for system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other teams to support their systems and applications
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science, Network Engineering or a relevant field
- Experience as a System Administers or in a similar role preferred
- An eye for the details
- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud providers is a plus. Certification is a plus
- Problem solving oriented attitude
- Collaborative team spirit
