• Overview of cutting-edge AMD GPU Architecture and AMD product test methodology
• Gain hands-on experience in GPU Test platforms - System Level Test (SLT).
• Learn the know-how and gain insights into methodology of performance characterization

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

• Development or enhancement of SLT infrastructure or engineering toolkits
• To be involved in the product development cycle of state-of-the-art AMD Instinct\xe2\x84\xa2 Accelerator on System Level Test (SLT) where accurate performance profiling and testing is pivotal to the successful launch of AMD GPU products into mass production

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in pre-validation of diagnostics and various software/firmware components, test program integration and validation
• Assist in performance profiling of new product
• Assist or independently debug test or qualification rejects
• Assist or independently perform DOE (Design of Experiment) to prove hypothesis of failure root cause
• Assist or independently perform data collection for product engineering purposes
• Continuously enhance or resolve bug in various engineering toolkits

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:Willing to learn, Self-motivated, Independent and Resourceful.RELEVANT SKILLSETS:

• Windows/Linux Scripting and Programming skills (Python / Java / C++ is preferred)
• Familiarity with Linux operating system
• Familiarity with PC architecture and basic hardware or software debug skill
• Some knowledge of Semiconductor Process Technology
• Familiarity with AMD GPU architecture or ROCm knowledge is added advantage
• Familiarity with software version control system, i.e. Github is added advantage

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• EE/EEE or Computer Engineering/Science Background
