Job Description

:

• Build and integrate infrastructure and application systems to meet project requirements.
• Work with Solution Architect to evaluate proposed system architectures and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Address technical issues as they arise and provide solutions.

• Guide and supervise deployment teams to ensure proper execution.
• Keep stakeholders informed about technical issues and solutions being implemented.
• Continuously assess the system across the enterprise.
• Create and enhance system procedures, processes, and designs.
• Support the application development team in delivering system solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system and DevOps development and at least 1 year in a System Manager role.
• Experience deploying critical IT infrastructure in a Government Data Centre.
• Extensive experience in software engineering and system design architecture.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, Windows, Linux, and VMware (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of security, controls, privacy, and compliance in government services.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks in computer systems or networks.
• In-depth knowledge of the software development process and ability to guide technical projects, identifying risks and providing solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders (software engineers, management, clients, and vendors), translating technical details to non-technical audiences.
