Liaison Coordinator for IT related issues for the Business Units\xef\x82\xa7
Raise IT service request process such as Change Request (For Applications distribution), users profile administration, and Request for Service process (e.g. network points, access point, etc)
Indent and Maintain records of transfers and also disposals of purchased/lease IT equipment such as desktops/laptops/Walkie Talkies/TAMS, and update Software/Hardware asset management listing.
Relocation of IT equipment with SATS premises
Managed mobile lines inventory and billings analysis. Working with Corp Singtel on indent recontract and termination.
Verify tax invoices e.g. mobile phones / printers in S4 ensure all billings are correctly billed to the right BU for approval.
EMM mobile devices enrollment \xe2\x80\x93 Indent of licenses and work with vendors ensure all tablets and mobile phones are enterprise managed based on requirements
LCC Airlines Applications management and installations at SATS PCs\xef\x82\xa7 POS software Easipos payment for excess baggage counter payment \xe2\x80\x93 installation and coordination with vendor.
CCTV camera implementation, planning, installation and documentation
Liaise with IT vendors and/or SATS Technology for IT related issues
Working Location: Changi Airport Terminal 2
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Job Requirement:
NITEC/Diploma in IT/ Technology
Proficient in computer skills
Able to understand and communicate in English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
