Your new role
As a System Support Analyst, you will be providing technical support to dealing rooms. You will be liaising with 2nd and 3rd level support while providing recommendations.
As a System Support Analyst, you will also be escalating high priority issues while providing effective day to day end user technical support to all the trade floor users across PCs, printers, applications and telephone systems. This is a 1 year renewable contract.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in trade floor support
- Experienced in working with Wintel desktops/laptops
- Deep knowledge of Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters Eikon
- Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge and troubleshooting skiils
