Job Description
Main duties:
Provide first level of support for network, server, and security. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Provides customer relations and ensures customer satisfaction on all application support, repairs, and servicing activities. Conduct training to end-user and staff members. Project implementation of IT infrastructure or medical equipment system project in a hospital environment. Maintenance of relevant technical and product documentation and information. Provide feedback to the manager regarding product/project conditions in the field.
Pre-requisite:
Diploma in Computer Networking / Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with 2 years' experience. Preferably with 1 Year(s) of working experience in Computer Networking or related field. * Customer-oriented, effective communication, and able to work independently
