Provide technical support on network, server, and security.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Responsible for overall project implementation of IT infrastructure or medical equipment system project in a hospital environment
To plan the whole project timeline and resources start from receive sales order up to project hand over.
Provides customer relations and ensures customer satisfaction on all application support, repairs, and servicing activities.
Provide coaching and guidance to the junior staff to ensure maximum efficiency and delivering consistent high quality level service and customer satisfaction.
Conduct training to end-user and staff members.
Build and maintain good supplier relationship and high level of supplier support.
Maintenance of relevant technical and product documentation and information.
Provide feedback to the manager regarding product/project conditions in the field.
Pre-requisite:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networking / Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with 2 years' experience.
Preferably with 2 Year(s) of working experience in Computer Networking or related field.
Aggressive, self-motivated, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Team player with good organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to handle installation and site requirements.
