Fully manage installation, configuration, troubleshooting of Redhat/Linux Servers
Perform OS backup, recovery, capacity planning and performance tuning, account management, systems hardening and patching
Maintain Systems inventories and ensure technical information and documentation are up to date
Ensure Systems vulnerabilities are patched regularly and up-to-date and pass regulatory audits
Troubleshoot and identify root causes, formulate and resolve incidents occurred
Generate and get approval for weekly/monthly reports
To effectively establish and manage communication status and updates/escalations with customers and end-users

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in computer science, information system, electrical engineering, computer engineering or a related IT / Engineering discipline
Relevant working experience in maintenance roles, those with security system experience
Possess some knowledge in Security /Server System / Network equipment will be an advantage
