, delivering expert services such as laser cutting, bending, and V-cut technology for architectural and interior design projects. To support our growing operations, we require a dedicatedSystems Administrator
to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure that is closely integrated with our production workflow.Responsibilities
Administer and maintain servers, networks, and storage systems used in daily operations. Support and manage ERP, CAD/CAM, and CNC integration software essential for fabrication processes. Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems linked to production machines and design software. Implement system security, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across departments. Coordinate with vendors for IT system upgrades and maintenance. Provide IT support and training to staff to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Studies / Information Technology / Computer Science
or related field. Strong knowledge ofWindows/Linux servers, networks, and system administration
. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, CAD/CAM software, or industrial IT systems will be an advantage. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. * Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered).
