Job Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Manage, including administrative and performing maintenance for the HR IT Applications - including upkeeping of all documentation, procedures, managing promptly resolutions of issues and incidents, delivering change requests, testing, training, deployment, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
\xc2\xb7 Support HR and staff on day-to-day activities and operations related to the Applications and HR processes.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in HR Applications and enhancements, process improvement, and available HR technologies in the market
\xc2\xb7 Facilitate business requirements to functional requirements and deliver desired business outcome within the agreed timeline and budget
\xc2\xb7 Facilitate in activities such as project initialization, requirements gathering, procurement, design and prototype, development, testing, training, go-live and post-production support, including identifying and mitigating risks, managing promptly issue and incident resolution while communicating status and update to all stakeholders.
