Overview: This role will assist in managing Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS), Radiology Information System (RIS) in Radiography department. Job Role: * Provide level 1 support to R Overview: This role will assist in managing Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS), Radiology Information System (RIS) in Radiography department. Job Role: Provide level 1 support to Radiology users in troubleshooting system faults and on call duty after office hours Provide orientation on RIS / PACS to all new staff. Manage and liaise with doctors on replacement of Diagnostic Workstations. Liaise and coordinate with modality radiographers for upgrades and RIS / PACS connectivity matters. Liaise with Hospital Information Service Department on projects & events that may affect department system (e.g. scheduled downtime, preventive maintenance etc). Liaise and co-ordinate with Infra Services Team for compliance on testing and maintenance of periodical deployment of security patches and policy updates to all computers in the department. Assist with day-to-day maintenance of system issues. Job Requirements: Recognised Degree in any relevant IT field or Healthcare related discipline. At least 3 years' experience in IT, preferably in system coordination. Prior experience in hospital setting will be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
