Systems Engineer to provide Maintenance Support (Preventive and Corrective) of Integrated Security Systems at customer site.



Responsibilities:


Responsible for corrective/preventive of Integrated Security Systems Maintain CCTV, PA, Intercom, Door Access, Perimeter Surveillance, Back-end Servers On-site servicing, coordination and supervision works Fault recovery following service level agreement Prepare Incident Report, UAT and documents Conduct research on his own proactively and provide technical solutions/improvements Lead additional adhoc tasks assigned by manager

The ideal profile should have


Require min Degree in Electronic Engineering or IT Must be able to security cleared CAT 2AGood working attitude and proactive
Team player, able to communicate with peer & Project Manager.
Willingness to learn & take on new role & responsibility assigned. Handle customer and work under pressure Manage vendors to achieve the task without supervisionAble to troubleshoot and resolve fault independently Selected candidate is expected to work on Saturdays at least once a month and perform on-call standby duty
