We are looking for an experienced T24 Project Manager to oversee the implementation and enhancement of our T24 banking systems. This role demands a solid understanding of T24 architecture and banking practices, along with proven project management skills to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end T24 implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clear communication among all project participants.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance and progress.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience, specifically in T24 implementations.
• Strong knowledge of T24 functionalities and banking operations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
