Role Overview:
As a Tableau Architect in Customer Success, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value of their Tableau and Salesforce investments. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align analytics strategies with business goals, drive adoption, and ensure overall customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives and design scalable Tableau solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance on Tableau best practices, architecture, integration, and performance optimization.
• Drive customer adoption, platform utilization, and value realization across Tableau and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to address customer needs, manage escalations, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring proactive engagement, health monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Support key events and critical milestones with expert technical and strategic input.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in BI/Analytics, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting roles.
• Deep expertise in Tableau (Desktop, Server, or Cloud) and strong understanding of data visualization and analytics architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem or competing BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities.
• Salesforce or Tableau certifications preferred
