Epergne Solutions is looking for a Tableau Architec Roles & Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of accountability for customers, overseeing the orchestration of all Signature Success deliverables, experiences, renewals, and expansions.
Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships with the customer s IT and business leadership, executive sponsors, and key decision-makers within organizations subscribed to Signature Success.
Partner with customers to achieve their strategic business goals and desired outcomes on the Client platform by:
Coordinating the delivery of the Signature Success service catalog tailored to each customer s needs.
Providing timely and proactive guidance on Client features aligned with customer priorities.
Advising customers on the adoption of new releases, identifying potential risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Signature Success and ensure all internal and external collaborators understand and reinforce this value, driving customer retention and renewals.
Act as a customer advocate during the triage and resolution of high-severity issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform implementation or leadership, Technology Consulting, Solution Development, or Technical/Solution Architecture.
Hands-on experience with Tableau products or comparable analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Looker, Qlik, MicroStrategy, Domo).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite.
Strong analytical abilities to translate technical concepts into clear business language and align business objectives with technical capabilities.
Adept at articulating complex technical solutions in business terms and conveying customer needs to internal stakeholders.
Solid understanding of software development processes and design methodologies.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to drive resolution, manage complex projects, and deliver on customer expectations.
