- Attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through recruitment strategies
- Proactively utilize various channels such as social media, and referrals to source and screen potential candidates
- Conduct through phone/zoom interviews to assess candidate\xe2\x80\x99s qualifications and fit.
- Maintain detailed records throughout the recruitment process
