Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to execute the defined talent acquisition strategy and process to hire the very best talent into the organisation. This role partners closely with others on the talent acquisition team, HR, and business colleagues to attract, engage, and select qualified candidates in line with agreed upon talent plans and timelines. This role may be focused on external talent mapping and benchmarking, diversity & inclusion, external sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and negotiation, and employment branding.Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist:About DentsuLed by Dentsu Group Inc.   • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the specific needs of dentsu. This involves understanding goals, culture, and staffing requirements and business priorities.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels and implement fit for purpose sourcing strategies for roles.
  • Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline for core roles, identifying key talent in the market including competitive compensation intel.
  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle: from resume reviews, initial interviews, candidate skills assessment for role and culture fit, up to offer, requirements submission, preparation of assets until onboarding.
  • Partners with HR and leaders in offer management and negotiation. This includes seeking approvals, negotiating terms/offer details, and facilitating offer acceptance process to hire.
  • Ensure that recruitment process comply with relevant policies in dentsu and within the respective markets local regulations.
  • Manages multiple job requisitions at a given time with potential to take on more as the business needs vary.
  • Actively engaging in professional networks and industry events to expand the talent pool and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Working with markets in scope of accountability to ensure roles are filled in a timely manner, typically
=45 days for junior level,
=60 days for manager level and 90 days + for director and above. * Handle the recruitment roles of at least 15 to 20 (or more) depending on business needs.Candidate Experience Management
  • Utilise talent acquisition systems and tools for an effective and efficient way of managing the recruitment process with your candidates.
  • Communicate with the candidates in a timely and personalised manner.
  • Keep the candidate engaged throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Set expectations, take interview feedbacks to identify consistencies/lack thereof on motivations, push and pull, expectations and other factors in the candidates\xe2\x80\x99 decision making.
  • Develop both an active and passive candidate relationship management to ensure there is pipeline for roles as and when we need to start hiring them.
  • Remember that you are an ambassador to dentsu for any candidate / prospect and as such, be able to demonstrate ethical recruitment practices, respect and professionalism throughout all the candidate engagements.
  • Close the loop for a candidate who interviewed in a specific role and create a pipeline for those who may not have been successful to keep the engagement loop open for future roles to consider.
  • Work with local hr colleagues in polishing and implementing pre-onboarding materials and best practices to ensure high quality candidate experience until their onboarding.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as an advisor to the hiring team by providing insights into market/talent trends, talent availability, and other best practices in the industry to help stakeholders/hiring teams in making informed decisions.
  • Understand the needs and priorities of various stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. This includes hiring managers, HR business partners, service line head, and executive leadership. Nurturing relationships with stakeholders building trust and effective communication.
  • Builds talent acquisition\xe2\x80\x99s brand through positive interactions with other corporate functions, hiring teams and stakeholders.
  • Clear communication of roles, responsibilities, timelines, and expectations. Ensure that stakeholders understand their role in the recruitment process and what they can expect from the talent acquisition team. Present a service and solution oriented mindset with the view of increasing stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 trust to the talent acquisition team.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed about the progress of recruitment efforts in a timely manner is important to maintain transparency and trust. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and any challenges or delays encountered.
  • Seek feedback to refine strategies and processes, and manage expectations when faced with challenging scenarios.
  • Manage conflict diplomatically, seek common beneficial solutions. Escalate as needed to SEA TA Lead and HR Director.
Self-Management and Peer Leadership
  • Demonstrate professionalism, positivity, and dedication in your own activities. Serve as a role model for your peers by consistently adhering to best practices and delivering high-quality results.
  • Promote knowledge sharing among peers, for continuous learning and development.
  • Offer guidance and support to other team members/colleagues in TA and HR to help them navigate challenges and develop their skills.
  • Take the initiative to lead team meetings, discussions, or brainstorming sessions focused on recruitment goals, challenges, and strategies. Encourage participation from all team members, seek feedback, and work together to develop actionable plans.
  • Effectively allocate time to various recruitment activities, Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure timely completion without compromising stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Maintaining a well organised workflow, utilise tools effectively to your advantage,
  • Set clear and achievable goals pertaining to recruitment and other projects you may be involved in.
  • Be agile and flexible in adapting your approach to tasks/challenges.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, set milestones for progress, and celebrate achievements along the way to stay motivated.

Experience
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in Talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills. Independent, task driven and able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines; adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Meticulous, strong planning and organization skills
  • Good oral and written English, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Experience in Workday would be an added advantage
