Work Location: Changi Airport Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm Monthly Salary: $2500 per month Work 3 Days per week 1 year contract Responsibilities: * Perform administrative duties related to sch Work Location: Changi Airport Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm Monthly Salary: $2500 per month Work 3 Days per week 1 year contract Responsibilities: Perform administrative duties related to scholarship and internship programmes such as: Submit online job postings and schedule interviews (including set-up of room and logistics). Ensure smooth communication with applicants, hiring managers, current scholars and interns, as well as provide timely resolution to their queries. Maintain proper records in the applicant database. Process claims, fees and funding applications for current scholars and interns. Assist the team in event coordination (including liaison with stakeholders) for the different employer branding initiatives. Manage day-to-day office administration and operations of the Early Careers Programmes & Employer Branding team. Other ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the hiring manager and team. Requirements: . Diploma and above . Strong interpersonal skills. . Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). . Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to improve performance through feedback. . Able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders and be able to prioritize competing demands. . Able to be self-directed while also collaborating effectively in a team environment. . Experience in similar HR/Administration/Customer Services related roles would be advantageous.
