Reporting to the Head of the Department, the incumbent will be responsible in participating in the implementation of recruitment strategies as well as performing the end-to-end talent acquisition process. He / She is expected to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligning with the company\'s overall business strategy. Adecco is partnering with a client from the Retail industry in the search for a Talent Acquisition (Assistant Manager / Manager) to join their team!

  • Implementation of recruitment strategies as well as performing the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
  • Collaborate with the business to understand their hiring needs and evaluate candidates\' skills, qualities, and overall fit for the role.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure the HR practices are following statutory requirements
  • Take a proactive approach to identify and attract top talent by creating comprehensive talent pools and conducting targeted searches.
  • Utilize various tools and resources to assess candidates thoroughly, ensuring that only highly qualified and motivated professionals are selected to join the company.
Experience Requirements :
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant certificate
  • Between 4-6 years of relevant working experience in performing the full cycle of recruitment functions.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is a MUST.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with HR processes and strong knowledge of MOM Employment Act policies
  • Ability to work independently and a good team player
  • Candidate with a short notice period would be an advantage
