Our client is one of the largest private real estate developers in Singapore with business in Asia and Australia. It has more than 50 years of history. : Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, conducting reference checks and extending employment offers. Develop and administer sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires Partner with government agencies and/or associations, for participation in career fairs and recruitment talks to increase outreach to potential candidates and to build up brand awareness Establish relationships with institutions to build the talent pipeline Manage search firms and agencies and ensure vendor performance metrics are monitored. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends and labour laws. Able to manage volume and mass recruitment.
