If you have what it takes to be One of our Talent Acquisition Specialist, Come and Join our Amazing Team!!!The Talent Acquisition will be responsible for making outbound calls and emails to passive candidates, screening them for potential job opportunities and scheduling them with the appropriate Recruiter while providing ongoing customer service to ensure a successful interview process. You should have a demonstrated track record in customer service and meet company performance standards.:

• Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, job boards, and other platforms.
• Use talk tracks and phone scripts make outbound calls to recruit talent.
• Craft and send emails to potential candidates.
• Coordinate with the recruiters to determine job position requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills
• With at least 6 months of BPO (Voice) experience working for a US based Outbound Sales LOB (Line of Business)
• Willing to work US shift 8am to 5pm PST (we prefer candidates already with night shift experience)
• Preferably with Customer Service experience or work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role (Whichever comes first).
• Has a "hands-on" experience using sourcing techniques (e.g. job boards and crafting Boolean search strings), is a plus.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Can work On-site.
