Job Description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning. Source talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit. Negotiate salary and benefits packages and extend offers to successful candidates. Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles. Handle work?pass / employment pass applications, renewals and cancellations; ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations.



Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of related experience in construction field
