Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process including onboarding for blue collar workers and junior engineering positions
- Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, salary proposal, letter of offer, work pass applications and onboarding etc.
- Compile and collect all documents required for onboarding process
- Partner and liaise with business leaders on recruitment needs and strategies
- Support on HR operations work such as training and administration, benefits administration, HR reports etc
- Be involved in HR projects
- Assist on adhoc HR matters as and when assigned
- Diploma or Degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition
- Comfortable and willing to handle blue collar portfolio
- Candidates from recruitment agencies background are welcomed to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT Savvy
