Responsible for end to end recruitment process including onboarding for blue collar workers and junior engineering positions
Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, salary proposal, letter of offer, work pass applications and onboarding etc.
Compile and collect all documents required for onboarding process
Partner and liaise with business leaders on recruitment needs and strategies
Support on HR operations work such as training and administration, benefits administration, HR reports etc
Be involved in HR projects
Assist on adhoc HR matters as and when assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition
Comfortable and willing to handle blue collar portfolio

Good communication and interpersonal skills
