Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Food Biology industry. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West.Duties: Responsible in designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. Responsible in identifying and approaching candidates ranging from junior level to executive-level positions (including interview and assess). Responsible in handling logistics including candidate interviews, and reference checks. Responsible in reviewing and updating recruitment-related policies on a timely basis. Responsible in building robust talent pipelines through engagement with universities, interest and network groups in the tech start-up/food tech industry. Responsible in designing and executing sourcing campaigns and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process. Responsible in sourcing candidates by utilizing a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting, and referrals. Responsible in developing a database of contacts to facilitate access to potential recruits to allow proactive and immediate sourcing of qualified candidates when the need arises.
