This position is crucial in attracting and retaining top talents to support organizational success and growth, both locally and regionally. Key responsibilities include building a strong employer brand, creating strong talent pipelines to meet staffing needs and ensuring delivery of operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization\'s objectives and growth plans for Technology, Engineering and Data Centre business units.
  • Create job descriptions, post job advertisements on various platforms and manage the applicants\xe2\x80\x99 response through effective screening.
  • Perform active sourcing for talents through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking events and employee referrals to develop talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Be involved in the screening and selection process such as reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates\' suitability for the roles.
  • Extend job offers and manage the offer acceptance process to secure top talent in ensuring organisational success and growth.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Enhance the organization\'s reputation as an employer of choice through marketing and branding initiatives, participation in industry events, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to track recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities for audit purposes.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
  • At least 8 -10 years of recruiting experience with expertise in Technology, Engineering and Data Centre hiring.
  • Experienced in Candidate Profiling and Interviewing techniques, and familiarity working with Tools like LinkedIn Talent Solutions & Linked Talent Insights.
  • Experienced in Stakeholder Management and engagement.
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and the TAFEP framework on Fair Employment Practices.
  • IHRP Certified.
