The Singapore Recruitment Manager leads a team of Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators and empowers them to execute against functional goals by providing direction on sourcing strategies and best practices. They will own business leader relationships and ensure candidates have a positive hiring experience. They will also be responsible for setting and executing the recruitment strategy at a country level and will provide hiring guidance to hiring leaders and ensure the team is presenting high quality candidates. This role will manage and present key metrics to the regional Director of Talent Acquisition as well as escalate any concerns / roadblocks. The role will also have full market responsibility for the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, team leadership & delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains high visibility with and influences assigned business leaders and HR members
  • Provides day-to-day management and direction of strategic initiatives by managing a team of recruiters
  • Interfaces with other Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Managers to gain insight into business talent needs and stays current on regional best practices and issues
  • Provides recruitment support for senior level roles
  • Manages and owns the Hiring Leader relationship
  • Presents high quality candidates to Hiring Leader within time to fill SLA
  • Provides guidance to Hiring Leaders regarding available skills / talent in the market and salary offers
  • Ensures ATS information is up to date and compliant with regional regulations
  • Acts as talent acquisition SME to advise and prioritize both local and global needs
  • Partners with HR Operations to ensure alignment and delivery for cross-functional initiatives and successful day-to-day GTA delivery
  • Monitors and measures the overall effectiveness/impact of the internal and external GTA strategies, TA execution, and stakeholder/candidate satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful track record of leading large-scale initiatives, while also managing large regional teams and hiring projects.
  • Driving of process optimization and continuous improvement (e.g. onboarding)
  • Strategic outlook and ability to lead change and innovation

  • Ability to coach and develop others and to scale teams
  • Ability to make logical decisions in a complex environment
Experience
  • Six+ years of functional TA experience, with at least three+ years of in-house TA experience.
  • Experience managing and leading regional TA teams
  • Experience in new world recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance process efficiencies.
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
  • Experience in a global TA function, ideally with matrixed reporting lines.
  • In-depth knowledge of the TA landscape in the Payments and Finance industry.
  • Recruitment expertise in Sales and Marketing roles.
  • Experience in creating recruitment marketing strategies and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
