Your Role
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager based in Singapore. Join our fast growing team as one of the company's core team-members. Together with our HR team, you are contributing to our success across APAC by hiring top talents and strengthening our employer brand.
Your Responsibilities
Identify the right channels & tools to find great talents across APAC
Optimize our job ads and hiring processes to attract the right candidates
Manage recruitment processes end to end
Perform first interview calls to screen candidates
Help our hiring managers in assessing and choosing the right applicant for each role
Support our HR team with onboarding of new team members & internal career development
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout our hiring process
Your Background
Motivated person with multi-tasking capabilities: structured + team player
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Based in Singapore, business fluent in English
