This role involves partnering with external agencies and internal HR/business stakeholders to design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy. By understanding the unique business needs of the region, you will ensure the attraction of high-caliber talent to fuel our growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent that aligns with our business objectives. Ensure organizational capability through strategic talent acquisition.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the HR Director to plan and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that meet current and future business needs.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance recruitment processes, from sourcing strategies to stakeholder collaboration, to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs, proposing innovative solutions in talent acquisition.
  • Talent Retention and Development: Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and career development, ensuring employees have meaningful growth opportunities.
  • Employee Experience Initiatives: Introduce and execute new initiatives to enhance the employee experience and improve retention rates.
  • Performance Management: Oversee and manage requisitions, ensuring a high level of performance in all recruitment activities.
  • Candidate Network Development: Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and engagement.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Relations: Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders and vendors to expand the talent community and support recruitment efforts.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance employer branding as an integral part of the talent acquisition process, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to strengthen our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Job Requirements:
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher.
  • At least 8 years of comprehensive recruiting experience within large FMCG or retail companies.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Southeast Asia market.
  • Proven expertise in managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional service-oriented mindset with a focus on quality.
  • Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
