Pratt & Whitney has an exciting opportunity in Talent Acquisition supporting New Hires Onboarding and Candidate Engagement. We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to plan and coordinate onboarding experience and help our new employees settle down to the new work environment. This role anticipates a result-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset to drive a positive candidate engagement experience.

**This is a 6-month contract role for maternity cover, ideally to start from Mar to Sep 2023.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage the new hires onboarding process from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Collaborate with the HR partners, Talent Acquisition, Global People Services (Shared-Service), and Hiring Managers to effectively ensure the onboarding process is follow-through.

Accountable to track the progress of new hires onboarding status including work pass applications, relocation, pre-employment checks, new hires trainings and resolve any roadblocks.

Welcome the new hires on the 1st day and support the hiring managers & HR partners to complete the onboarding administrative matters.

Collaborate with the Training and HR team to facilitate new hire orientation effectively.

Obtain voice of the customer through data analysis to drive process improvements and align onboarding strategy with RTX to offer a consistent onboarding experience across the enterprise.

Maintain and enhance a standard work document for the onboarding process.

Develop an implementation plan for process improvements using CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) to drive consistency in the onboarding process across all the Pratt & Whitney sites in Singapore.

Support any recruitment events onsite or virtually.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, or any relevant disciplines.

3 years relevant experience in Human Resources, Training, L&D, or Talent Acquisition experience.

Knowledge of labor legislation including work pass applications, MOM employment act, and Relocation policy.

Good project management experience with solid attention to detail & administration.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.

Accustomed to working under pressure and having the flexibility to handle multiple demands.

Demonstrate process improvement and customer-centric mindset to drive results and lead change.

Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic collaborative environment.

Confidence and comfortable in speaking in large groups and facilitating training is a plus.

Relevant Recruitment or HR experience in the Aerospace or Engineering industry is a plus.
