About the client
We\'re currently working with a prominent and globally recognised client in the shipping and logistics industry. As the largest key player in the market with a strong global presence, they are known for providing reliable and innovative maritime and logistics solutions to customers worldwide.

You will collaborate with the BP team to meet workforce requirements aligned with business needs. This entails overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and conducting interviews to onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives, working closely with HR management.

Job description

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to provide valuable guidance to hiring managers and continuously improve our talent acquisition approach.
  • Prepare and monitor workforce requirements, headcounts, recruitment activities, and associated budgets.
  • Compile essential manpower metrics for management reporting.
  • Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for key positions, anticipating future hiring needs and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Demonstrated success in filling various positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Highly adaptable, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
